What happens if no appointments are generated?
If your clinic provides at least 300 eligible leads, approves materials within one business day and maintains bookable capacity, we extend management for 14 days at no extra management fee if the initial campaign produces zero qualified appointments. Messaging costs remain separate. Bookings, attendance and revenue are not guaranteed.
What does the clinic need to provide?
An approved list with appropriate contact permission and opt-out records, one priority service, available appointment slots and a booking coordinator. We agree qualification and reporting definitions before launch. Please do not send patient lists or medical information through this enquiry link.
Can you also help us generate new enquiries?
Our wider service combines short-form content, Meta advertising and lead follow-up. After the pilot, we can scope an ongoing acquisition service around your clinic’s actual results. Ad spend is paid directly by the clinic, and clinical questions always go to your team.
How do you use my enquiry details?
The button opens WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send your message. We use the business details you share to respond and arrange a conversation. This page has no patient-data form or advertising tracking installed.
