When you contact us
You can contact us by email at jordan@northwest-mediagroup.com, WhatsApp or Instagram. The project brief form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser; it does not save or send your brief automatically. You review and send it in WhatsApp. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. If you send us a message, we use the details you share to respond, discuss your project and provide any service you agree with us. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
We keep enquiry information while we need it to manage the conversation or agreed work, and any records we need to meet our obligations. To ask about information you have shared, contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram.
Website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, general location, site engagement and contact-button clicks. These figures help us understand how people find and use the site. A contact-button click does not tell us whether a message was sent or a sale was made.
The Google Analytics script loads only after you choose to allow analytics. We do not send message contents, names, email addresses or visitor phone numbers to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website tag, and optional account data sharing is switched off.

Cookies and your choice
You can choose “No thanks” and continue using the website. Use “Cookie settings” below or in the homepage footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics collection and removes the Analytics cookies set by this site.

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.
